The successful candidate is responsible for driving team effectiveness, supporting the development team, removing roadblocks, and evolving the end-to-end product while helping the teams build up compliant agile practice, be flexible and leading using hybrid methodology. The Scrum Master is a results-oriented individual who has proven abilities as a senior technical person, leading medium-to-large initiatives within the risk business domain.
