Job description

The Role (What’s in the Box): As a Junior Production / Operations Planner, you will help ensure daily production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will translate demand forecasts into clear production plans while balancing capacity, workforce availability, and operational constraints. Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Workforce Planning, and Supply Chain teams, you will help coordinate operations and support continuous improvements across the planning process. This role offers a great opportunity to develop analytical and operational planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
