We are in high growth mode and building for the future, which is where you come in! GoBolt operates 10 warehouses across Canada and the US, with our entire HR team currently based in Canada. As our US footprint grows, we are hiring an HR Business Partner to own the people function across our US warehouse network, including our two largest sites in California and New Jersey. Reporting to the HR Director (Canada), you will be the strategic and tactical partner for all US employees and leaders. You will bridge the geographic and time-zone gap, ensuring deep accountability for multi-state employment law and warehouse-floor employee relations, with a heavy focus on California-specific compliance.
