Location: 127 Public Square, Cleveland Ohio Job Summary: Associates on the Public Finance team are strong individual contributors in the areas of analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions. The individual will have strong working knowledge of investment banking principles. They are responsible for performing industry research and preparing pitches, management presentations, and other written materials. Associates are not assigned new business responsibilities but will be an integral part of the deal team and may informally manage Analysts on the platform. Essential Functions: - Be a strong team member in support of business unit goals and objectives - Strong working knowledge and skills in analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions with a focus on technical analysis - Strong understanding of profitability components and investment banking deal mechanics - Actively participate in client planning sessions.
