Private Emergency Health Australia (PEHA Practice Manager - PEHA Warringal Warringal Private Hospital Emergency Department: About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to establish and lead the day-to-day operations of a brand new Emergency Department at Warringal Private Hospital in Heidelberg. This role commences in early June 2026 to support onboarding, system setup, and operational readiness ahead of the Emergency Department opening (anticipated late July 2026, subject to construction timelines). Once the Emergency Department is operational, you will work closely with the Site Director, hospital teams, and PEHA’s Operations Team to ensure the service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating doctors, managing practice operations, and supporting a positive and high-performing team environment. This role is well-suited to someone with a background in specialist or GP practice management who is confident managing doctors, stakeholders, and the operational and financial aspects of a busy clinical environment.
