The L&H Retrocession Manager works in a dynamic international team, currently located in the US, France and Germany and in close cooperation with our worldwide local market teams. By developing innovative retrocession structures, the L&H Retrocession Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping strategies that actively support business growth across various markets, enabling them to offer additional capacity to clients and enhancing SCOR’s competitive positioning. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for fostering and expanding relationships with brokers and retrocessionaires. Experience: - Drive the expansion of strategic partnerships of internal as well as external relationships, acting as SCOR’s representative in negotiations with brokers and retrocessionaires. - Lead negotiations with brokers and retrocessionaires to expand existing partnerships ensuring outcomes that optimize SCOR’s capital efficiency, risk appetite, and growth ambitions across markets.
