Description Job Type: Full-time Medina, OH: Reporting to the EHS Director, the Environmental, Safety and Health Manager will be located in our Medina, OH facility. Serves as a strategic and tactical specialist for all environmental and safety processes including audits, assessments, training, and legal compliance. Provides support and consultation to the department leaders and team members. This role will work closely with the EHS Director and local and state environmental processes. Key Responsibilities: · Verifies compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines. · Ensure inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated and deficiencies minimized and corrected coordinate with Operations on facility deficiencies and monthly safety inspections. · Maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory requirements for the site. · Provide daily guidance and direction, including process documentation, in EHS programs at the employee / supervisor / manager level to ensure a common and effective approach. · Lead the Emergency Response Team and comply with all Company poli...
