Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction and Design

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program or project management specifically within mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fabrication plants) or a design-build/real estate development environment. - 8 years of experience with construction, spanning the entire life-cycle from programming through commissioning. - 8 years of experience in a leadership role, including managing capital projects. - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally as required. Preferred qualifications: - Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. - Experience with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, controls, fire safety systems). - Experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems. - Experience managing teams to deliver industrial-type capital projects, including engineering, constructi...
