HR Generalist (HRG) – Journeyman Work Location: Washington, DC: Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level: Department: Administrative and Logistics Support: CGS is seeking a skilled HR Generalist (HRG) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Support HR operations including employee inquiries, transaction processing, and HR policy implementation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
