We are one of the only services in the area to facilitate a monthly, fully paid 2-hour staff meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training. We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee. About The Role: We're looking for a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour. The shifts will be from Urunga to Macksville, through the week. (morning & evening).
