In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, interpreting, and visualizing Total Cost of Care and Clinical Operations performance measures. You will own key metrics, serving as a strategic partner to clinical leadership by turning complex data into actionable insights that drive patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Technical Execution: Utilize SQL to query data warehouses for validation and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring data accuracy across all reporting products. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to support clinical and strategic initiatives, while building strong rapport and bringing a positive and curious mindset to working groups.
