Join Macmahon Underground mining; a tier 1 team that is committed to excellence. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety / Trainer to support our underground operations and drive continuous improvement. About the role: - Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQT management plan. - Provide expert coaching and guidance as a part of the site leadership team. - Facilitate incident investigations and improved outcomes. - Drive ownership & accountability for corrective actions management. - Add value at the work front using your experience and training expertise. - Various family friendly rosters available. - FIFO from Perth & East coast (depending on project location). - Full-time permanent positions. About you: - Cert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) - Diploma or above (desirable). - Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent). - Underground Mining experience (desirable). - ICAM Lead investigator. - Formal auditing qualifications (desirable). - Proficient with HSEQT reporting platforms (e.g. Evotix or similar). - Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Cloud Assess). - Intermediate level computing skills. - Current Australian Drive...
