The Guest Services Bellman will have the responsibility of creating and presenting a positive and professional first impression to the guests and visitors of the world-famous Fantasyland Hotel by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Providing great customer service and greeting all customers in a friendly and professional manner. Offering luggage assistance to all guests as well as ensures luggage is properly tagged. - Handling and addressing all customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions. - Maintaining and cleaning the entrance and lobby to uphold appearance. - Acknowledging and approaching all vehicles to immediately assist guests. - Parking and retrieving vehicles when requested by Fantasyland Hotel Guests in a timely and safe manner. - Securing all luggage, keys, and property of guests and safely assist guests with delivery of luggage to proper Hotel rooms. - Providing information regarding Fantasyland Hotel, West Edmonton Mall Inn, West Edmonton Mall’s attractions and stores, and the sights and activities of the City of Edmonton. - Other responsibilities as required.
