Job Requisition ID # 25WD94246: Position Overview: We are building a first-class internal Developer Productivity capability within the COO GET Engineering organization to reduce cognitive, operational, and repetitive burden on engineers so they can focus on solving customer problems and building differentiated capabilities, not boilerplate or process overhead. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead this effort by building scalable, intelligent, AI-powered systems that simplify the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from idea and requirements through production operations. This role is not about accelerating a single phase of development. It is about systemically simplifying how Autodesk builds, tests, deploys, and operates software, using internal context, standards, and AI-driven intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set technical direction, review designs and PRs, remove blockers, and own outcomes end-to-end. Hybrid work in Squad Model across all GEO Centers.
