Description Valid CDL P and ability to enter Canada will increase starting rate Primary Responsibilities: Secondary Responsibilities as directed by Facilities Manager · Understands and comprehends industrial cleaning practices, supplies, equipment, and the ability to use them efficiently and economically. · Clean and care for the facility & grounds to ensure safe and healthy maintenance. · Collect, remove and dispose of trash / recyclables in office buildings and warehouse. · Operate cardboard compactor. · Provide event set up and teardown, including moving furniture and modules. · Assist in performing preventative maintenance in the facility. · Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking lot as needed. · Represents Schluter Systems L.P. in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters. · Other duties as assigned by management. · May Include covering for the Custodial Staff. - Sorting Pallets Good from Bad, Loading Bad pallets onto Scrap Pallet Trailer for disposal. - Replenishing/Restacking skids in appropriate designated area or Department. - Repair of all Defective pallets, to include Cutting planks, Using Air Nail Gun, Hand tools, in a safe Manner. - In Charg...
