Job description

Context To support our commercial momentum and accompany the rollout of our pipeline-generation strategy, we are hiring a B2B Events Project Manager on permanent contract. You will operate across a dual scope: full operational ownership of the external events scheduled in our three target regions, and the design, launch and scale-up of an owned events programme (webinars, dinners, breakfasts) for our strategic prospects and customers. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work in close coordination with the Growth & Marketing Ops Manager, the SDR team and the sales teams for 3 regions (France, UK & DACH). Your missions: 1. External events management for the 3 regions Take full ownership of all external events CyberVadis is committed to (trade shows, sector conferences, sponsorships) across France, the UK and the DACH region. Coordinate end-to-end logistics: registrations, booth, materials, briefings for attending teams, travel, accommodation, goodies. Manage relationships with suppliers and event organisers (negotiation, contracts, follow-up).
