Relationship Executive - Global Banking — Venture Capital Relationship Team, Technology Coverage — Managing Director Role Summary: - Join JPMorgan Chase’s Global Banking business as a Managing Director on the Venture Capital Relationship Team, leading coverage of Technology-focused venture capital firms. - Leverage deep Technology investment banking experience to shape investor coverage strategy, originate ideas, and deliver the full J.P. Morgan platform to VC firms, General Partners, and their portfolio companies across the lifecycle. - Partner closely across the Commercial & Investment Bank, Private Bank, Credit, and Global Technology to drive client outcomes and execute the portfolio company coverage strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Relationship leadership - Lead and expand senior relationships with Technology-focused VC firms (GPs, firm leadership) across the US. - Serve as a strategic advisor to VC firms on exit pathways, venture debt, and capital markets readiness for portfolio companies. - Origination and advisory - Apply prior Technology IB expertise to identify and originate multi-product solutions: M&A advisory, equity (IPO, follow-on, convertible), debt (IG/HY/DCM), pri...
