Position Summary Guide, advise, and support undergraduate students through the career planning, decision making, and job searching processes. Assist students in analyzing their interests and skills and developing career goals. Plan, market and implement career related programs, and gather data to analyze program effectiveness. Liaise with stakeholders including faculty, university administrators and student clubs across NYU. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Education: Master's Degree in a related field. Required Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in career services, counseling, student personnel, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience implementing programs, seminars, events, and preparing training materials. Preferred Experience: 3+ years Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Career planning, assessment, and job search expertise. Excellent communication, presentation, writing and organizational skills.
