Mainz, Germany | full time | Job ID: 11275 As Manager (m/w/d) E2E Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the organization. Your key focus will be on balancing demand with production capacities over a 24-month planning horizon. This includes gathering clinical and commercial product demands, collecting internal and external production site capacities and lead times, creating supply plans, identifying bottlenecks or idle capacities, and developing robust supply scenarios to proactively mitigate risks and ensure reliable supply to patients. Collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as across companies, will be critical for success.
