Overview Coordinates with assigned Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialists to acquire the best candidates for current and future vacancies with an end goal of retaining high quality talent and onboarding. Implements best in class practices to drive our talent acquisition strategy, through marketing tools and sourcing of our internal talent pool and utilizing optimal sourcing networks for external candidates. Assists with other priority job vacancy needs and responsible for the documentation and onboarding of new hires. Performs clerical and administrative duties for Talent Acquisition team. Assists with other related HR projects as needed. Responsibilities: - Screens applicants by telephone and emails and schedules/coordinates interviews for the Talent Acquisition team. - Assists in maintaining recruitment database by entering and updating all information pertaining to candidates and applicants. - Responsible for the documentation and onboarding of candidates/New Hires - Prepares internal job postings for the agency to ensure that all existing employees have the necessary information to apply for open positions. - Assists Talent Acquisition Team in reviewing employee files for potential...
