Job Summary: The Vice President (VP) of Data Analytics provides strategic leadership for the organization’s enterprise analytics, evaluation, and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for transforming programmatic operations into actionable insights that drive performance and value. The VP of Data Analytics serves as a bridge between technical data experts (HR, Finance, and IT) and executive leadership, ensuring that data is not only accurate and accessible, but aligned with organizational goals, outcomes, and community impact.
