Rate: $17.81 per hour Job Title: Residence Manager (Men’s Program) Status: Full-Time General Statement: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Position Objective: Under the direction of the Administrator for Program, the Residence Manager is responsible for the management of their respective men’s residence facility and beneficiaries. As a Program team member, he/she promotes a climate for effective performance and learning through their attitudes, life experience, willingness to teach and learn, and availability to beneficiaries and staff. Encouragement is given to the incumbent to continue seeking training which will enhance his/her ability to work more effectively with beneficiaries. Minimum Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent (GED). Program graduate with continuing involvement in a program of recovery is preferred but not required.
