White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Quality Outcomes Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Clinical Quality Outcomes Manager you will: - Leads and collaborates with inter-disciplinary teams toward improved processes through committee work on clinical outcomes (i.e., Sepsis, Falls, IPAC, QSOC, PPC). - Develops and standardizes evidence-based processes and protocols through collaboration with AHC clinical committees to ensure clinical excellence. - Directs the deployment of evidence-based processes/protocols with assistance from the Education Department for all new and updated processes/ protocols, ensuring successful rollout and implementation. - Monitors outcomes to maintain clinical effectiveness and quality through RL, PPC, and dashboards. - Collaborates to revise and standardize policies across all AHC entities as the subject matter expert for systems/departments. - Serves as a resource for all staff to ensure clinical excellen...
