Job description

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or a similar role—preferably in a healthcare or technology company. - Demonstrated event planning and logistical coordination skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Oracle tools/ERP experience a plus. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; experience with financial tracking or auditing highly valued. - Ability to proactively prioritize, multitask, and take initiative in an evolving environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at varying levels. - Must be U.S. citizen and role requires ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or professional services. - Familiarity with Oracle Health solutions and processes. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
