Location: On-Site at our factory in New Century, KS Reports to: Maintenance Manager: About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our new state-of-the-art dairy manufacturing facility in Hugoton, Kansas. This role is critical to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our plant operations. You will oversee all aspects of maintenance, including equipment repair, preventative maintenance, inventory control, and team leadership, while driving continuous improvement and supporting production goals. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in dairy manufacturing, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.
