Job description

Requirements: Qualifications: Desirable: - setting up and operating machine tools like lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts. - Interpret technical drawings and specifications, select appropriate tools and parameters, and monitor machine operation to ensure quality and productivity. - Quality control is performed by using precision measuring tools. - Routine maintenance and minor repairs are also part of the role. - Document processes and production data, maintain a clean and safe work area, and collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing. - Troubleshoot production issues. - Demonstrate the ability to run master’s and/or run rabbits - Reset errors and perform machine offsets - high school diploma or equivalent, with formal training in machining being preferred. - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills - Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is important, and proficiency in operating various machine tools, including CNC machines - Interpersonal skills - Attention to detail - Computer skills - A basic understanding of machining principles, the ability to interpret technical drawings. - Ability to problem-...
