What You’ll Do: This role is ideal for new or early-career nurses with excellent NCLEX test taking skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping students succeed. This position focuses on coaching students to develop effective test taking strategies, building clinical judgment, and navigating NCLEX-aligned tools such as ATI or HES. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for: Coach nursing students on NCLEX test‑taking strategies, question analysis, and clinical judgment. (Aligned with NCLEX Success Coach duties.)
