Fintech Implementation Manager

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for directing functions involving implementation and onboarding activities in regards to FinTech clients and ensuring implementations maintain compliance with all applicable laws as well as Policies of the Bank. Effectively manages internal teams and clients to ensure that implementations are completed as scheduled and within budget, while delivering the agreed upon implementation objective. The Implementation Manger will manage the implementation support of Payment’s clients and work with internal departments and clients on the development, testing and marketing of their client’s payments products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Exercises independent judgment and discretion in program implementations. - Follows a defined, agreed upon onboarding philosophy/methodology. - Consults with clients, vendors and management to identify internal and external customer needs and corresponding implementation objectives. - Prioritizes, plans, and tracks implementation progress in relation to the plan. - Provides status reporting to appropriate bank management, committee members and clients.
