Position Summary: The Resource Support – Dedicated Resources position will serve as a main point of contact for ODW’s dedicated carriers on day-to-day operational functions. Duties for this role may include planning, tendering, communicating, tracking, and managing capacity. This role will maintain communicate with ODW’s Operational Teams on carrier issues as they arise as well as work cross-functionally with the Brokerage Team to assist in relationship management.
