Amaze, Inspire, Unite Job Summary: The Seasonal Growth Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Growth Marketing team by assisting with events, research, internal coordination, program execution, and campaign tracking across a variety of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: General administrative support to the Growth Marketing department. Coordination of internal communications for Growth Marketing department including organization of weekly staff meetings and the development and distribution of meeting notes and outcomes. Assist in planning and executing lead generation events, working cross-functionally with various departments to ensure promotions and event attendance. Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager to organize and execute special programs aimed at broadening the team’s audience. Conduct thorough ticket sales, activation, and brand research of other sports and entertainment teams and leagues. Assist in the use of analytics to evaluate Growth Marketing initiatives, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
