Location: Austin, TX Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Department: Engineering Salary: Total compensation around $300,000. Salary of $220,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity. We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer on the growth team with experience building web applications and analyzing data to improve our customer’s experiences. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX . As a Sr Software Engineer, Growth you will: Work across marketing, product, and engineering to build out end to end solutions for the customer's journey from initial contact through their first policies. Help more people self-serve when getting their first policy with Steadily. Implement and follow up on robust analytics to understand pain points our customers are facing. What You'll Bring: Experienced: This isn't your first rodeo. There's no specific minimum number of years requirement, but we expect you to be able to dive into a complex codebase without too much spin-up. Past experience as a team lead is definitely a plus.
