Responsive recruiter Position Summary: The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster ensures cakes of the highest quality are consistently prepared for our guests while supporting efficient bakery operations. Following proprietary recipes, frosting techniques, and food safety standards, the Froster prepares our signature frosting and decorates cakes using standardized methods. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Accountabilities/Duties: - Follows NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision while meeting productivity goals - Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes - Prioritizes pre-orders according to schedule and fulfills walk-in orders as needed - Maintains appropriate levels of frosted cakes for display and monitors frosting inventory - Adheres to proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation standards; maintains required logs - Monitors frosting supply levels and notifies management when replenishment is needed - Evaluates finished products to ensure quality standards are met and commu...
