Responsibilities: - Work directly with our retail locations to book appointments for tires and services - Answer incoming phone calls while providing high-quality customer service - Handle a high volume of internet communication, including e-mails and live chats - Develop and maintain effective sales practices - Handle customer questions and concerns in a quick and effective manner - Build and maintain relationships with team members, co-workers from other divisions, and customers - Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company - Take on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when the opport...
