Overview: The HR Learning & Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of employee training programs. This role manages both the logistical and administrative components of learning events, ensures accurate records within the LMS, provides responsive support to employees and facilitators, and supports content development for training initiatives. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels.
