About the team The Enabling Functions team sits within Technology and operates as a key value stream at the heart of delivering OSB’s strategic priorities. Comprising a close-knit team of Project Managers, the function primarily leads and supports Technology-driven change, while also delivering cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, HR, Credit and regulatory programmes. Working in close collaboration with Business Analysts, Engineering, Testing, PMO, business stakeholders, second line risk teams (2LoD) and third-party suppliers, the team plays a central role in connecting business and technology. All projects are aligned to OSB’s strategic pillars, directly contributing to organisational success and reflecting a strong commitment to serving customers and the wider community.
