Department Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Department Manager to lead, develop, and grow our Technical Communication and Data Solutions business at our Oulu/Kemi office.: In this role, you are responsible for business growth, key customer relationships, and people leadership . You combine a strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how technical documentation and information management create value for customers and support efficient, profitable operations. Your responsibilities: Business growth and sales - ·Own and drive business growth for the department together with Etteplan’s sales organization - ·Take an active, hands-on role in consultative sales , including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and supporting or leading customer negotiations - ·Develop existing customer relationships and build new ones, acting as a trusted partner to key accounts - ·Contribute to revenue, profitability, and pipeline targets for the department Leadership and delivery: - ·Lead and develop a team of specialists and/or project managers in Technical Communication and Data Solutions - ·Set clear goals and priorities, support performance, and develop both technical and commercial capabilities in the te...
