About the Role If you’re equal parts builder, operator, and storyteller, this role is for you! We’re looking for a creative, highly organized Community Programs Manager (Contract) to help scale and operationalize our customer community and advocacy programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into well-run programs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and above all, gets genuinely excited about creating meaningful experiences for customers. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Customer & Community Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact community initiatives that drive retention, advocacy, and long-term customer growth.
