Ready to be a Titan? As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of the Contractor Advisory Services team, supporting our clients throughout their ServiceTitan journey. You'll collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure extraordinary outcomes. This role demands strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve client cases independently and with urgency. You will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the home and commercial services industry by driving product adoption and delivering impactful solutions. What you'll do: Feature Implementation & Adoption: Conduct high-touch one-on-one and group feature implementations for customers in onboarding and ongoing success phases. Client Issue Resolution: Work with low-to-medium complexity clients and projects to resolve issues, including account audits, optimization, and product adoption. Team Support: Provide direct support to Solutions Architects and Senior Solutions Architects on larger, more complex projects.
