The head coach will be responsible for directing all aspects of the Women’s soccer program including eligibility and compliance adherence, strategic in-district and regional recruiting, academic success, player development, budget management, logistics of travel, and preparation for practices and games. The head coach should promote a holistic approach toward creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging for all student athletes. Harper College is seeking a Head Women’s Soccer Coach (NJCAA DII Athletics) to oversee the day-to-day operations with the ultimate goal of advancing successful student-athletes, while competing at the highest level within NJCAA Region 4 and for NJCAA National Championships. Schedule Information: August through November, Afternoon and Weekends.
