Good computer skills. Here’s a typical day: When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment. Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed. Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary. Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing. Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
