Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this role focuses on operational support, issue resolution, and continuous learning while contributing to the stability, performance, and security of core infrastructure services. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop hands-on experience with enterprise technologies in a structured, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Platform Support: Assist in the support and administration of virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere/vSAN, Nutanix AHV, Dell VxRail). Support Dell storage systems (PowerScale, PowerStore, Unity) under guidance from senior engineers. Assist with backup and recovery operations using IDPA, PowerProtect Data Manager, and Rubrik.
