JOB TITLE Customer Account Manager – Ocado Homecare LOCATION Sunlight House ABOUT THE ROLE: Ocado is the world’s largest dedicated online grocery retailer. We are looking for a Senior Customer Account Manger to lead our Homecare and Non-Foods business with Ocado. This candidate will manage the relationship with Ocado, developing business plans which deliver against Unilever HC targets. Driving the online agenda, ensuring Unilever products show up flawlessly online (7OA, perfect store online, retail media). RESPONSIBILITIES: Build strong and sustainable customer relationships. Negotiate effectively with your customer, e.g. to agree trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL HC strategy.
