Doeren Mayhew is seeking a full-time Payroll and Bookkeeping Specialist in the Fredonia, NY office. This position requires one to work in the office Monday through Friday. Payroll Responsibilities: - Process client payroll using Asure Evolution Payroll. - Perform accurate and timely data input for payroll cycles. - Review payroll entries proactively and identify potential errors or inconsistencies. - Set up and complete direct deposits for client payrolls. - Manage recurring weekly payroll responsibilities. - Support quarter-end and tax-season activities - Work with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging in size and industry. Bookkeeping Responsibilities: - Process checks and post deposits using QuickBooks. - Perform bank reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner. - Assist with gene...
