This is a full-time, 40-hours/week, exempt position that will be working in our Pawtucket, RI location. This position is eligible for benefits has a salary ranging from $71k-73k/yr. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supports staff with evidence-based practices and programming that reduce recidivism and encourage positive behavior change. - Supervises administrative systems, contract compliance, reporting, and other data collection, plus ensures compliance with all standards, laws, and ordinances. - Develops and maintains community, governmental, and other public and private resources and relationships related to particular program. - Serves as primary liaison with contracting agency. - Monitors and evaluates personnel training needs and develops, implements in-service training as needed, works in cooperation with all outside agencie...
