Overview Overview: Position: Northside Gwinnett Exercise Physiologist Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Experience: New graduates and experienced Exercise Physiologist Employment Type: Full-Time Innovative Therapy Concepts is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy management organization that was founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006. We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. Innovative Therapy Concepts is searching for an Exercise Physiologist (EP) to work in our Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department. The EP provides safe and effective, Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehabilitation sessions for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, respiratory and comorbid conditions. Conducts assessment, reviews medical history and tests, formulates exercise prescription, guides and motivates patients through rehabilitation sessions, and observes and documents response to therapy while adhering to scope and standards of practice according to American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitations (AACVPR) guidelines.
