Job Description: We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn IT Intern who is proficient in both Italian and English to support our IT team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or career switcher looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting in a corporate environment. This is a fixed-term internship (e.g., 6 months) with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees (onsite and remote), including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with user account creation and management in Active Directory. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
