About Us 360 Health Management is a regional disability support provider based in Shepparton, with offices in Seymour, Bendigo, and Swan Hill. The Role: In this role you will support and optimise financial resources, supporting the organisations financial stability and continued growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Up-To-Date invoicing and accounts payable functions, collating data for analysis to support informed decision making and ensuring compliance of all financial operations within their remit. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Submit and manage NDIS claims through PRODA and related portals. - Reconcile participant accounts, ensuring payments are received, allocated, and followed up as needed. - Monitor outstanding balances and maintain debtor ledger integrity. - Liaise with the relevant parties to resolve claim discrepancies and manage manual claim processes. - Oversee the finance inbox and triage related queries efficiently. - Generate weekly receivables reports and provide insights into NDIS claim perfo...
