Position Purpose Foss Swim School is seeking a temporary, full-time Instructional Media & Communications Intern to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team, with additional exposure to internal communications initiatives in partnership with Marketing. In this role, the temporary intern will help design and produce engaging training content and contribute to communication efforts tied to a large-scale software development project. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in instructional design, video production, and organizational communications, with work that directly supports employee performance and business effectiveness.
