Job description
When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. Under the supervision and direction of the Manager, Supervisor, Laboratory site or designee, accurately and efficiently processes blood, cultures and body fluid specimens from patients for use in laboratory testing, following Laboratory policies and procedures. Performs pre-analytic processing procedures, and complete all associated documentation both written and computerized. Full time, 40 hours, rotate weekends and holidays. Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 0-1 years of applicable experience in a laboratory setting. Degree or credits in any college science course preferred. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION: Not Required. OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED: Basic knowledge of Microsoft works, excel, Microsoft power point and computer skills. Must be organized and work to meet deadlines.
