Description DEPARTMENT: 150-Admissions / STATUS: Full Time / CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt / RANK: Admin 1 /DATE LAST UPDATED: April 2026 PURPOSE / GENERAL DUTIES: The Online Admissions Counselor plays a vital role in advancing the university’s enrollment goals by supporting all aspects of the admissions process for online undergraduate and graduate programs. This position is responsible for recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the admissions journey, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Online Admissions Counselor works collaboratively to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal benchmarks. The role requires proactive applicant engagement, strategic follow-up, and a commitment to providing high-quality service and support throughout the enrollment cycle.
